Description
DMP 543 is a neurotransmitter release enhancer that blocks potassium channels (Kv7/KCNQ) and stimulates acetylcholine release.
Enhancement of acetylcholine release is relevant to cholinergic signaling, cognition and Alzheimer’s disease-related research. DMP 543 is used to study K+ channel-regulated neurotransmitter release and synaptic transmission.
