How to Order

Please be advised that before you place your order, Axon Ligands™ are intended solely for research purposes. These products have not been fully tested and are not suitable for use in humans. Axon Medchem does not operate as an online pharmacy, and we emphasize that our products are not intended for self-diagnosis or therapeutic use.

To ensure proper handling, we do not ship to residential addresses. Our products are exclusively intended for scientific and research applications.

Order Online – Fast & Convenient

Ordering through our webshop is the quickest and easiest way to get our products.

Step 1: Find Your Product

Use the search bar (a the top of the page) to find products by:

  • Name
  • CAS number
  • Axon Product ID

Or browse by:

Step 2: Add to Cart

Select your preferred sample size and add the product to your cart.

If you need a non-standard size or can't find a product, contact us — it may be available via custom synthesis or under development.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

  • Adjust quantities using the dropdown menu under “Qty”.
  • Click the product name to view and select other available sizes.
  • Use Continue Shopping to add more products.

Step 4: Checkout

  • Returning customer? Log in here.
  • New customer? Fill in all required fields (marked with *).
  • Tick “Create an account for later use” to save your details.
  • If shipping and billing addresses differ, uncheck “Ship to billing address” and provide a separate shipping address.

Purchase Orders

We also accept purchase orders via email or fax (see for contact details here).

Standard PO (via procurement system)

  • PO number
  • Product description and quantity
  • Shipping & billing addresses
  • Contact phone number
  • Organization’s Tax ID

Credit Card PO

In addition to the above, include:

  • Cardholder name
  • Card number
  • Expiry date
  • CVV code

Submit credit card details by phone or fax. We accept all major credit cards.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day, depending on stock and confirmation of buyer details.

Shipping & Dispatch

  • Orders ship within 1 working day if items are in stock and buyer information is verified.
  • Invoices include full company registration and banking details.
  • Frequent buyers can request vendor registration details in advance.
  • US customers: W-9 forms available upon request.
  • EU customers: Please include a valid VAT number with your purchase order.
