Shipping Information
National and International orders are shipped via FedEx Express under the Incoterm: DAP – Delivered at Place. Please note that import customs clearance and import taxes for international shipments are not included in our shipping costs. If preferred, we can ship collect using your designated courier service. In that case, please provide your courier account number. (Incoterm: EXW – Ex Works)
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping costs depend on the destination region and, in rare cases, the size of your order. To view the exact cost for your shipment:

- Enter your delivery address details
Shipping cost varies by destination. The updated checkout page will display the exact shipping and handling charges.
For urgent shipments, we offer FedEx Priority or FedEx Overnight where available. A surcharge may apply. Please contact the relevant branch for details.If you provide your FedEx account number, shipping will be charged directly to your account, and no shipping costs will appear on your Axon Medchem invoice.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- United States: 1–2 business days
- North America: 2–3 business days
- Middle and South America: 2–6 business days
We aim to minimize delays while complying with international regulations on the transport of chemical products. Orders shipping outside the United States are handled under DAP terms from Reston, Virginia. Costs for our designated carrier are added to your invoice unless you opt for a collect shipment via another courier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package anytime on the courier's website.
