Shipping Information

International orders are shipped by FedEx Express (Incoterm: DAP – Delivered at Place). Import custom clearance and Import taxes are not included in the shipping costs. On request your order can also be shipped collect via a courier of your choice. 
Please make sure to provide your courier account number. (Incoterm: EXW - Ex Works)

 

Shipping and handling rates

Our shipping costs varies based on the region your order has to be delivered to and in rare occasions on the size of your order. In order to obtain the exact shipping and handling costs for your order, add the desired items to your shopping card and proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address details. At this point the updated check out page will display the exact shipping and handling costs.

• Domestic shipping and handling (FedEx Overnight): € 10
• Any location in Europe (FedEx): € 30
• Any location outside Europe (FedEx): € 45

Ordered from Axon Medchem LLC (US)
• Domestic orders (FedEx Overnight): US$ 35
• North America (FedEx): US$ 35

For urgent orders it is possible to have your order shipped by FedEx Priority and/or FedEx Overnight if available for your location. A small surcharge might apply. Please contact the branch of your choice for additional information.
 

Delivery time

Orders shipped to the US and Western Europe are delivered within 1-2 work days generally. Orders for Eastern Europe and central Europe generally take 2-3 work days. Delivery times for orders to other locations around the world range from 2-6 work days, again depending on the location. Numerous restrictions and regulations govern the international transport of chemical products. We strive to ship all orders without delay and to minimize delivery costs within these regulatory guidelines.
All orders prepared for shipment outside the EU are FCA (US:FOB) shipping point (Groningen, The Netherlands). For orders shipped through our designated carrier the costs are added to your invoice. You can opt for other forwarders to handle your orders; however, such orders are delivered on a collect basis.
 

Tracking your order

All our orders are shipped by express courier. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, which will include tracking information for your order. Your can track your order at any time using the corresponding courier website.

If no email address was indicated on your purchase order, feel free to contact us for tracking details and/or the status of your order.
 

Delayed orders

If your order is not delivered on the date as indicated on tracking information page from the indicated courier service, do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Please note shipments can suffer unexpected delays in customs, due to extreme weather conditions (e.g. blizzards, hurricanes) or other events that might affect the transport of your parcel to the indicated delivery location.
