Payment Information
We offer a standard Net 30 payment term for pre-approved customers and their purchase orders. New or non-registered customers may be asked to make payment in advance, or to complete a customer registration and provide company credentials.
For online orders, we accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment may also be made via bank transfer, wire transfer, or check. Please note: all related banking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If paying by credit card for a purchase order, you will need to provide the following details via phone or fax:
- Cardholder Name
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVV Code
North, Middle and South American Orders
Payments should be directed to Axon Medchem LLC, USA. Please contact us for our W-9 form, Federal EIN, or other financial documentation.
We do not collect sales tax for customers outside Virginia. If applicable, please provide a tax exemption number for your organization.
