Description
SNS 032 (BMS 387032) is a potent inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases CDK2, CDK7 and CDK9, with reported IC50 values of 38 nM, 4 nM and 62 nM, respectively.
By inhibiting both cell-cycle and transcription-associated CDKs, SNS 032 can suppress proliferation and short-lived survival transcripts. It is useful for studying CDK-dependent cell-cycle control, transcriptional addiction and apoptosis in cancer models.
