Description
Fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) inhibitor.
A convenient set of FGFR inhibitor SU 5402 (Axon 1667), MEK inhibitor PD184352 (Axon 1368) and GSK-3 inhibitor CHIR99021 (Axon 1386) (conventional 3i, Axon 2129), was used together to sustain mouse embryonic stem cell (mESC) self-renewal.
