Description
AEE 788 is a dual-family EGFR/ErbB2 and VEGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor with antitumor and antiangiogenic activity.
By targeting both growth factor receptor signaling and VEGF-driven angiogenic pathways, AEE 788 is useful for evaluating tumor cell proliferation, endothelial signaling and combined oncogenic/vascular kinase blockade.
