Description
Pazopanib hydrochloride (GW786034) is a potent, orally active multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks VEGFR1/2/3, PDGFR and KIT signaling.
Pazopanib suppresses angiogenesis and receptor-driven tumor growth by inhibiting vascular and stromal kinase pathways. It is a clinically established comparator for anti-angiogenic efficacy, pharmacodynamic biomarkers and resistance.
