Description
SU 11274 is an ATP-competitive and selective MET/c-MET kinase inhibitor.
HGF/MET signaling regulates epithelial growth, motility, invasion and survival and is frequently implicated in cancer progression and resistance. SU 11274 is useful for studying MET-dependent proliferation, migration and pathway signaling in tumor models.
