Description
AB 1010 (Masatinib) is an orally active multikinase inhibitor targeting KIT, platelet-derived growth factor receptors and related tyrosine kinases including LYN and FGFR3.
Masitinib inhibits mast-cell and tumor-cell signaling driven by KIT and PDGFR pathways. It is used in oncology, mast-cell biology, fibrosis and inflammatory disease research where these kinases contribute to proliferation or tissue remodeling.
