Description
E 3810 dihydrochloride (Lucitanib) is a dual VEGFR/FGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3, FGFR1 and FGFR2 in the nanomolar range. It suppresses pro-angiogenic receptor signaling linked to tumor vascularization.
VEGF and FGF pathways regulate endothelial proliferation, angiogenesis and tumor microenvironment remodeling. E 3810 is pharmacologically relevant for antiangiogenic oncology research and for models where combined VEGFR and FGFR pathway blockade is required.
