Description
PNU 37883 hydrochloride is a vascular ATP-sensitive potassium (KATP) channel blocker.
KATP channels couple cellular metabolism to membrane excitability and vascular smooth muscle tone. PNU 37883 is used to inhibit KATP-mediated vasodilation and to study potassium channel contributions to cardiovascular responses.
