Description
XAV939 is a potent and cell-permeable tankyrase (TNKS) inhibitor with IC50 values of 11 nM and 4 nM for TNKS1 and TNKS2 respectively. By inhibiting Wnt / β-catenin signaling, XAV939 is highly effective for reducing cancer cell-elicited immunosuppression and promoting cancer cell death.
XAV939 is also widely used to induce cardiomyogenesis in embryonic stem cells and support neural stem cell differentiation protocols.
