Description
KY 02111 is a canonical Wnt signaling pathway inhibitor that promotes differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into cardiomyocytes. It acts downstream of APC and GSK-3β to inhibit Wnt/β-catenin pathway activity.
Temporal modulation of Wnt signaling is central to mesoderm specification and cardiomyogenesis. KY 02111 is useful for stem-cell differentiation protocols and for studying Wnt-dependent lineage commitment in ESC and iPSC models.
