Description
TWS 119 is a potent and selective GSK-3β inhibitor with reported IC50 value of 30 nM.
GSK-3β controls Wnt/β-catenin signaling, glycogen metabolism and stem cell fate decisions. TWS 119 is widely used to induce neurogenesis in embryonic stem cell models and to study GSK-3-dependent regulation of differentiation and self-renewal.
