Description
TDZD 8 is a selective, non-ATP-competitive GSK-3β inhibitor. It inhibits glycogen synthase kinase-3β signaling without competing at the ATP binding site.
GSK-3β regulates glycogen metabolism, Wnt/β-catenin signaling, tau phosphorylation, inflammation and cell survival. TDZD 8 is useful for studying GSK-3β-dependent mechanisms in neurodegeneration, metabolic signaling and inflammatory pathway models.
