Description
WAY 262611 dihydrochloride is a Wnt/β-catenin signaling agonist that inhibits Dickkopf-1 (DKK1)-mediated pathway suppression, with reported EC50 of 0.63 µM in a DKK1-mediated TCF-luciferase assay. It shows no meaningful GSK-3β affinity in the cited profiling.
DKK1 antagonizes Wnt signaling by engaging LRP5/6 and Kremen co-receptors, thereby suppressing bone formation and developmental Wnt outputs. WAY 262611 is relevant for bone anabolic and Wnt pathway activation studies.
