Description
RGH 896 (Radiprodil) is an orally active and selective GluN2B-containing NMDA receptor antagonist that reduces GluN2B-mediated excitatory signaling.
Radiprodil targets an allosteric site on GluN2B-containing receptors and has been investigated for neuropathic pain and other hyperexcitability conditions. It is useful for studying pain transmission, excitotoxicity and NMDA receptor subtype selectivity.
