Description

GR 103691 is a potent and selective dopamine D3 receptor antagonist with a reported binding Ki value of 0.4 nM and marked preference for D3 over other dopamine receptor subtypes.

D3 receptors are enriched in mesolimbic circuits involved in reward, motivation and reinforcement. GR 103691 is a useful reference antagonist for separating D3-mediated effects from D2-family signaling in neuropharmacology and behavioral models.
