Description
SB 203580 hydrochloride is the water-soluble hydrochloride salt of SB 203580, a potent, cell-permeable and selective p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK) inhibitor. SB 203580 hydrochloride retains the biological activity of the parent compound while offering improved aqueous solubility for experimental applications.
