Description
XMD 8-92 is a potent and selective ERK5/BMK1 inhibitor used to suppress signaling through the MEK5-ERK5 MAP kinase pathway.
ERK5/MAPK7 regulates transcriptional programs involved in proliferation, survival, endothelial biology and inflammatory responses. XMD 8-92 is useful for studying ERK5-dependent cellular signaling and transcriptional output.
