Description
Stem Cell 2i inhibitor Set combines the MEK inhibitor PD0325901 (Axon 1408) and the GSK-3 inhibitor CHIR99021 (Axon 1386) for dual inhibition of MEK/ERK signaling and GSK-3-dependent differentiation pressure. This conventional 2i combination is widely used to support mouse embryonic stem cell pluripotency.
Co-inhibition of MEK and GSK-3 stabilizes a naïve pluripotent state by suppressing differentiation-promoting ERK signaling while supporting Wnt/β-catenin-associated self-renewal programs.
