Description
NSC 319726 is a mutant p53 reactivator reported to restore transcriptional function of the p53R175 mutant and selectively kill cancer cells harboring p53R175 mutations.
The p53R175H hotspot mutation disrupts tumor suppressor structure and function in many cancers. NSC 319726 is useful for studying mutant p53 rescue, allele-selective pharmacology and restoration of p53-dependent tumor suppressor signaling.
