Description
Stemregenin 1 is an aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) antagonist that promotes self-renewal and ex vivo expansion of human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.
AHR signaling influences hematopoietic differentiation and stem-cell fate decisions. Stemregenin 1 supports expansion of CD34+ cells and is widely used in stem-cell culture systems to maintain or increase primitive hematopoietic cell populations.
