Description
ICG 001 is a specific Wnt/β-catenin signaling inhibitor that disrupts β-catenin/CREB-binding protein (CBP) transcriptional activity.
Wnt/β-catenin signaling controls stemness, proliferation and tumorigenesis. ICG 001 selectively induces apoptosis in transformed cells in reported colon cancer models and is useful for studying transcriptional coactivator-dependent Wnt signaling.
