Description
EVP 4593 is a potent NF-κB activation inhibitor with reported EC50 activity of 9 nM. It also inhibits store-operated calcium pathway activity in Huntington disease neuronal models and shows neuroprotective effects in reported systems.
NF-κB and calcium signaling pathways influence inflammatory transcription, neuronal stress responses and neurodegenerative disease mechanisms. EVP 4593 is useful for studying NF-κB activation, SOCE-related neuronal signaling and Huntington disease model pharmacology.
