Description
SKF 96365 hydrochloride is a receptor-operated and store-operated calcium entry blocker used to inhibit calcium influx pathways activated downstream of receptor stimulation.
Calcium entry through receptor-operated and store-operated channels controls secretion, contraction, migration and gene transcription. SKF 96365 is widely used as a pharmacological tool for dissecting Ca2+-dependent signaling responses.
