Description
C-82 is the second-generation, potent and specific inhibitor of CBP/β-catenin complex, and a modulator of the β-catenin dependent canonical Wnt signaling pathway in cancer stem cells. C-82 is the active form that experts its effort on the designated target. It is rapidly generated (via dephosphorylation) in vivo from its pre-drug PRI-724 available as Axon 3749.
