Description
WC522 is a Dvl2-specific cholesterol–Dvl-PDZ interaction inhibitor which potently and specifically suppress APC-truncated CRC cells with minimal effects on APC-WT cells in both cellular and in vivo models. WC522 effectively suppressed both Wnt-independent and Wnt-stimulated β-catenin signaling activity in all Dvl2-expressing APC-truncated CRC cells.
