Description
MRS 1523 is a potent and highly selective adenosine A3 receptor antagonist with reported Ki activity of 18.9 nM for human A3 receptors.
Adenosine A3 receptors regulate immune-cell activity, inflammatory responses, ischemic stress and tissue-protective signaling. MRS 1523 is useful for probing A3-selective purinergic pharmacology in immune, cardiovascular and CNS models.
