Description
SDZ-WAG 994 is a potent, selective and orally active adenosine A1 receptor agonist.
A1 receptors are Gi/o-coupled receptors that inhibit adenylate cyclase and regulate neuronal excitability, cardiac conduction and nociceptive signaling. SDZ-WAG 994 is useful for studying A1 receptor activation in CNS and cardiovascular pharmacology.
