Description
Adenosine amine congener (ADAC) is a potent adenosine A1 receptor agonist. It is used to activate A1 receptor-mediated Gi/o signaling in cardiovascular, neuronal and metabolic pathway studies.
A1 adenosine receptors regulate neurotransmitter release, cardiac conduction, renal function and cellular energy responses. Adenosine amine congener is a useful agonist for probing A1-selective adenosine signaling.
