Description
STF 083010 is a specific IRE1α endonuclease inhibitor that suppresses IRE1 RNase signaling without inhibiting its kinase activity.
Selective inhibition of IRE1α RNase activity blocks XBP1 splicing while allowing separation of IRE1 catalytic functions. STF 083010 is used to study ER stress adaptation, unfolded protein response dependence and antimyeloma mechanisms.
