Description
KIRA6 is an advanced kinase inhibitor of IRE1α RNase with an IC50 value of 0.60 µM. KIRA6 reduces cell death in several disease-relevant models of ER stress-induced cell degeneration. KIRA6 also suppresses IgE-mediated mast cell activation by inhibiting both LYN and FYN.
