Description
1ACTA is a selective IRE1α S-nitrosylation inhibitor which prevents the NO-induced reduction of RNase activity. Furthermore, 1ACTA rescued splicing of XBP1 mRNA and exhibited cytoprotective activity upon exposure to NO.
