Description
HLI 373 is a potent HDM2/MDM2 inhibitor that inhibits MDM2 ubiquitin ligase activity and stabilizes p53. HLI 373 is the preferred water-soluble hydrochloride salt.
MDM2-mediated ubiquitination controls p53 degradation and tumor suppressor activity. HLI 373 is useful for studying MDM2 E3 ligase function, p53-dependent transcriptional activation and apoptosis in models with intact p53 signaling.
