Description
A convenient set of two small molecule inhiitors, DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) inhibitor RG108 (Axon 1691) and HMTase inhibitor BIX01294 trihydrochloride (Axon 1692) (termed RG-BIX or RG/BIX). Combination of BIX01294 and RG108 was reported to enhance the efficiency of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS) generation.
