Description
Tofacitinib citrate, the citrate salt of CP690550 (Axon 1338), is an orally active Janus kinase inhibitor with prominent activity against JAK1 and JAK3 and additional activity against JAK2. It suppresses cytokine receptor signaling involved in lymphocyte activation and inflammatory responses.
