Description
CP 690550 is a Janus kinase inhibitor known as tofacitinib/tasocitinib, with prominent activity against JAK3 and JAK1-dependent cytokine signaling.
JAK enzymes couple cytokine receptors to STAT transcription factors and regulate immune activation, inflammation and lymphocyte function. CP 690550 is used to study JAK-STAT pathway inhibition in immunology, transplantation and autoimmune disease models.
