Description
AZ 960 is a potent, selective and ATP-competitive JAK2 inhibitor with a Ki value of 0.45 nM in vitro.
JAK2 mediates cytokine receptor signaling and STAT activation in hematopoietic and inflammatory pathways. AZ 960 induces growth arrest and apoptosis in reported adult T-cell leukemia cell models and is useful for JAK2 pathway research.
