Description
1-Benzyl-I3C is a potent NEDD4-1 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor with an IC50 value of 12.3μM. Also, 1-Benzyl-I3C is a highly potent inhibitor of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in melanoma cells.
