Description

Inhibitor of Jumonji domain-containing protein 2 (JMJD2, an "eraser") histone demethylase; effectively blocked herpes simplex virus (HSV) IE gene expression and prevented viral reactivation from latency; >75 fold more efficient than DMOG. The free base ML 324 is available as Axon 3562.
