Description

BMS 345541 is a cell-permeable, highly selective IκB kinase (IKK) inhibitor that binds an allosteric site and preferentially inhibits IKK-2 over IKK-1.

IKK activation is central to canonical NF-κB-dependent transcription in inflammatory and immune responses. BMS 345541 is used to study IKK isoform pharmacology and NF-κB pathway regulation.
