Description
MK 0364 (Taranabant) is a potent and selective cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonist/inverse agonist.
CB1 receptor signaling regulates appetite, reward processing, energy balance and endocannabinoid tone. MK 0364 is useful for studying central and peripheral CB1 pharmacology, metabolic effects of endocannabinoid blockade and mechanisms relevant to anti-obesity research.
