Description
JWH 133 is a potent and selective cannabinoid CB2 receptor agonist with minimal activity at CB1 receptors.
CB2 receptors are expressed predominantly in immune and peripheral tissues and regulate inflammatory, nociceptive and tissue-remodeling responses. JWH 133 is a standard tool for studying CB2 biology without strong CB1-mediated psychoactive signaling.
