Description
PSNCBAM 1 is an allosteric antagonist/negative allosteric modulator (NAM) of the cannabinoid CB1 receptor.
Allosteric CB1 modulation provides a way to attenuate endocannabinoid signaling without direct orthosteric competition. PSNCBAM 1 is relevant for studying CB1 receptor conformational pharmacology, feeding behavior and metabolic effects of cannabinoid pathway modulation.
