Description
Tubulin inhibitor 6 is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.87 μM. Moreover, Tubulin inhibitor 6 showed K562 cell growth inhibitory activity with an IC50 value of 0.84 μM. Tubulin inhibitor 6 is also an improved heterocyclic activator of PP2A (iHAP) that kills leukemia cells by allosterically assembling a specific heterotrimeric PP2A holoenzyme consisting of PPP2R1A (scaffold), PPP2R5E (B56ε, regulatory), and PPP2CA (catalytic) subunits.
