SIRT7 inhibitor 97491

Description

SIRT7 inhibitor 97491 decreased SIRT7 activity in a dose-dependent manner (IC50 value of 0.325 μM). SIRT7 inhibitor 97491 induced expression of p53 and its acetylation by inhibited SIRT7. Moreover, SIRT7 inhibitor upregulated apoptotic effects through the caspase related proteins and inhibited cancer growth in vivo.
