Description
WH-4-023 is an orally active Lck and Src inhibitor with IC50 values of 2 nM and 6 nM, respectively, and greater than 300-fold selectivity over p38α and KDR. It is used to suppress Src-family kinase signaling involved in T-cell activation and inflammatory responses.
Lck and Src-family kinases control T-cell receptor signaling, IL-2 production and immune-cell activation. WH-4-023 is useful for studying Src-family kinase pharmacology and immune signaling in both inflammatory and stem-cell culture contexts.
