Description
SKI 606 (Bosutinib) is an orally active dual SRC/ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor with potent activity against BCR-ABL signaling.
Bosutinib inhibits proliferative and survival pathways driven by BCR-ABL and SRC-family kinases. It is a clinically established reference for chronic myeloid leukemia, ABL mutation profiling and SRC-dependent cancer biology.
